Position overview

We are seeking a Marketing In-Charge to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies, and to effectively manage digital and traditional marketing activities.

• Formulating and executing the company's annual marketing and communication strategy
• Conducting activities aimed at brand positioning and increasing brand awareness
• Being actively involved and present in the field
• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns and analyzing their results
• Creating marketing projects for patient acquisition and improving the patient experience
• Developing marketing strategies tailored to local and international patient segments
• Preparing content and campaigns to promote the hospital's physicians, clinics, and healthcare services
• Preparing the marketing budget and tracking it effectively
• Analyzing competitor hospitals, market trends, and patient expectations
• Determining KPIs for marketing activities, reporting them, and presenting them to the management​

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within the healthcare sector
• Experienced in digital marketing and social media management
• Knowledgeable in brand management, campaign management, and content development
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills
• Advanced project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and representation capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Fluent in German and Turkish; knowledge of English is an asset
• Team player, result-oriented, and proactive​
